I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.He went above and beyond by coordinating contractors to clean out my home of over 40 years and complete minor cosmetic updates, including painting and refinishing floors, which helped maximize the sale price and get the home sold quickly.The entire process was handled seamlessly while I was out of town. Waverly managed everything from start to finish, making it completely stress-free.

Waverly worked with us for what seemed like a whole year. We had an unofficial consultation with him as we thought about starting the process to look for a house and listings were sent daily. After our official consultation, that's where things became even better because he got to know and understand our needs in purchasing our first home and he explained his processes and educated us on what to expect. He'd show us listings that he could picture us in and some where we could renovate down the line to develop equity which is a nice perk.Waverly has a roster of companies he works with (from the lender to inspector) and everyone we worked with was detailed, straightforward, and assisted us in this very long process. He maintained communication with the selling agent for us during whole process from making an offer to inspection, to closing. Our house needed some electrical work and Waverly communicated to the Seller that there was 1 outlet that still needed to be redone and Waverly went out of his way to make sure it was fixed afterwards and even sent us a picture for proof. We would recommend Waverly to our friends, family and colleagues for any future home purchases!

Waverly was great to work with. This is the second time I've worked with Waverly. I purchased my house in 2013 and he helped me sell it in 2022. He was very helpful in getting my home ready to sell and getting the best price possible. I would highly recommend him.

Waverly is a very pleasant person and an excellent realtor. Our experience with him was very pleasant and easy. He was honest , upfront and open about all the details on how things would go with the whole process. He will also do everything within his power to figure out and work with whatever unexpected situation that you may come across in the process. His communication was excellent. He answered all of our calls and if he didn't he made sure that he returned them to follow up. He will work very diligently and will definitely be an asset to whoever obtains him as their realtor!
